HBL approves Rs2bn investment in HBL Microfinance Bank

February 27, 2025 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Habib Bank Limited (HBL) has approved an equity investment of up to Rs2 billion in its subsidiary, HBL Microfinance Bank Limited (HBL MfB).
The investment will be made in compliance with regulatory requirements and is subject to the approval of HBL’s shareholders.
