Hascol raises Rs 7.9 billion through rights issue of shares

January 16, 2020 (MLN): Hascol Petroleum Limited (HASCOL) has notified the exchange that it has raised Rs 7.913 billion from corporate and individual shareholders against the issue size of PKR 8 billion through rights issue of shares.

According to the details provided by the company to PSX, Rs 2.9 billion has been received from Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited, Rs 2 billion from Askari Bank Limited and Rs 1 billion worth of shares have been purchased individually by MCB Bank and Bank Alfalah Limited. Whereas, Rs 835.49 million has been raised from Habib Bank Limited.
