Gul Ahmed Electric Ltd files an application of LPM to NEPRA

August 2, 2019 (MLN): Gul Ahmed Electric Limited (GAEL) has filed an application of License Proposed Modification (LPM) to NEPRA in the existing generation license of 50 MW Wind Power Facility, in which GAEL has proposed the change of available net Capacity Factor from 35% to 38% and has requested the change of anticipated commercial operation date (COD) from December 31, 2019 to February 18, 2021.

According to an application, the modifications requested by GAEL are merely to match the terms of the Tariff Determination.

Moreover, the tariff, quality of service and performance and obligations of the GAEL under the generation license will not be affected by the proposed modifications.
