GOP purchases Ijara Sukuk worth Rs 72.55 Billion on Deferred payment

December 14, 2018 (MLN): The State Bank conducted an auction on Friday in which Rs.72.55 Billion worth of Gop Ijara Sukuk were purchased by Government of Pakistan on deferred payment basis for 3 years.

The Face value of the Accepted amount was Rs103.565 Billion.

The SBP had received bids worth Rs.76.55 Billion with a deferred payment price ranging between Rs.129.32 and Rs148.66. The accepted deferred payment price was Rs.142.75, which will be applicable uniformly to all accepted bids.
