Gold price in Pakistan rises Rs2,100 per tola

April 29, 2025 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan increased on Tuesday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs349,200 per tola, up Rs2,100.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs299,382 after a gain of Rs1,800, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted higher at Rs274,443 per 10-gram.

On the other hand, silver prices remained unchanged in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs3,497 per tola and Rs2,998 per 10-gram.

Globally, spot gold traded near $3,312 an ounce, down $25 or 0.75% from the previous session.

Gold slipped on Tuesday as signs of easing tensions in the U.S.-China trade dispute weighed on the safe-haven metal, while investors awaited a series of U.S. economic data due this week for more cues on the Federal Reserve's policy path.
