Gold price in Pakistan rises Rs1,400 per tola

April 16, 2026 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan increased on Thursday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs504,862 per tola, up Rs1,400.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs432,837 after a gain of Rs1,200, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted higher at Rs396,781 per 10-gram.

Similarly, silver prices rose in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs8,514 per tola (+Rs110) and Rs7,299 per 10-gram (+Rs94).

Globally, spot gold traded near $4,829 an ounce, up $5.9 or 0.12% from the previous session, as dollar weakened.
