Gold price in Pakistan falls Rs3,000 per tola

March 06, 2025 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan decreased on Thursday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs304,000 per tola, down Rs3,000.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs260,630 after a decline of Rs2,573, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted lower at Rs238,919 per 10-gram.

On the other hand, silver prices remained unchanged in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs3,369 per tola and Rs2,888 per 10-gram.

Globally, spot gold traded near $2,913 an ounce, down $4.2 or 0.14% from the previous session.

Gold prices fell on Thursday as investors booked profits following a three-day rally, with markets eyeing U.S. jobs data for clues on the Federal Reserve's rate path amid rising global trade tensions.
