May 29, 2023 (MLN): The Board of Directors (BoD) of Ghani Glass Limited (PSX: GHGL) on Monday allowed to increase the authorized share capital of the company from Rs10 billion to Rs27bn, the company's filing on the bourse revealed.

Moreover, the board also approved subsequent alterations in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company.

This is subject to the approval of shareholders.
