FUDLM shares credited post merger with UDLI

July 05, 2024 (MLN): Following the merger (amalgamation) of First UDL Modaraba (PSX: FUDLM) with and into UDL International Limited (UDLI), the shares of FUDLM have been credited to the respective accounts of certificate holders of FUDLM maintained with the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC).

FUDLM shared the development in its notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Friday.

To note, the swap ratio was 1:1.

As informed earlier by the company, the closing price of certificates of FUDLM will be the opening price of the share of UDLI i.e. Rs8 per share.
