FFC revises public offer price for Agritech shares

November 19, 2024 (MLN): Agritech Limited (PSX: AGL) has received an upward revision in the public offer price for the acquisition of its shares by Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC), according to the company's filing on PSX.

According to the Revised Public Announcement of Offer, FFC has increased the offer price from Rs38.84 to Rs39.05 per ordinary share for the acquisition of 151.05 million ordinary shares of Agritech Limited.

The revision comes without altering any other terms and conditions outlined in the earlier public offer, which was initially published on October 25, 2024.

The aforesaid information was received by the company through a letter from Integrated Equities Limited, which acts as a Manager to the Offer.

The letter stated that the involved parties have taken all necessary steps to obtain the required regulatory approvals under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Certain of these approvals are however yet to be issued and as such the parties under this transaction cannot complete the transaction before receipt thereof.
