June 22, 2023 (MLN): Fauji Cement Company Limited (PSX: FCCL) has resolved to sell its 6.25 million shares held in Foundation Solar Energy (Private) Limited to Foundation Power Company Daharki Limited for the cash consideration of Rs128.12m, the company’s filing on PSX revealed today.

The above agenda was approved in the 14th extraordinary general meeting of the company held on June 22, 2023.

FCCL is involved in the manufacturing and sale of different types of cement.
