FCCL Board considers amalgamation of Askari Cement with and into FCCL

October 28, 2021 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Fauji Cement Company Limited (FCCL), in its meeting held on 28th October 2021, has considered the amalgamation of Askari Cement Limited with and into FCCL through a scheme of arrangement.

The Board has requested the preparation and finalization of the relevant documentation, including but not limited to the scheme of arrangement and share swap ratio report, which will in due course be presented to the Board of Directors of FCCL and Askari Cement Limited for their approval.
