Fauji Cement Company enters into Resource Sharing Agreement with Askari Cement

May 13, 2020 (MLN): Fauji Cement Company Limited (FCCL) has formally entered into Resource Sharing Agreement with Askari Cement Limited (ACL), consequent to the approval of the Competition Commission of Pakistan.
According to FCCL’s notification issued to Pakistan Stock Exchange, the approval of the same was accorded by the shareholders during the Extraordinary General Meeting of the company held on January 10, 2020.
As part of common C-Suite, the following officers of FCCCL have assumed the appointments of ACL under the Resource Sharing Agreement signed by both companies:
- Lt Gen Muhammad Ahsan (CEO/MD FCCL) – CEO/MD ACL
- Brig Riaz Ahmed Gondal (Company Secretary FCCL) – Company Secretary ACL
- Omer Ashraf (CFO FCCL) – CFO ACL
