December 30, 2020 (MLN): The board of directors of Faisal Spinning Mills Limited, in their meeting held on Wednesday, December 30, 2020, have unanimously approved the sale/transfer of 266.25 acres of land.

However, the board also recommended holding an Extra Ordinary General Meeting to seek approval from shareholders for the same.

According to the notification issued by the company in this regard, the board authorized singly Mr. Mohammad Salim and Mr. Muhammad Shaheen to appoint “Attorney” in order to sign, submit and deliver the required documents to fulfill the legal formalities with the concerned authorities and execute the transaction in the most beneficial interests of shareholders and the company.
