EPQL observes slight increase in quarterly profits by 6.5%

April 17, 2019 (MLN): Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited (EPQL) has reported its Profit after Tax for the quarter ended March 31, 2019, at Rs 713 million, depicting a slight increase of 6.5% compared to same period last year.
The company was able to earn profits due to 31% decline in administrative expenses and 33% decline in company's other expenses.
Moreover, the company’s Earnings per Share (EPS) stood at Rs. 2.2, which is almost the same as that of same period last year.
