December 5, 2022 (MLN): The board of directors of Engro Corporation Limited (ENGRO) has authorized the company to pursue (directly or indirectly, through one or more of its group companies) a potential investment opportunity in the Tower Infrastructure sector in Pakistan, the company’s stock filings on the stock exchange showed on Monday.

Further company added, "This opportunity remains subject to certain conditions, including inter alia further due diligence, finalization, and execution of definitive documents as well as receipt of all regulatory consents and approvals”.

At the time of writing, the scrip of the company is being traded at Rs265.74, which is up by Rs1.67 or 0.63% DoD.
