ECC likely declare Angoor Adda as an authorized export land route to Afghanistan

April 12, 2023 (MLN): The Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of the Cabinet in its meeting which is scheduled to be held on April 13, 2023, at 1130 hours will likely declare customs station Angoor Adda as an authorized export land route to Afghanistan and through Afghanistan to Central Asian Republics. 

In addition to it, Cabinet will also brief the committee on the performance of NAPHDA. 

Furthermore, Technical Supplementary Grant amounting to Rs261 million will likely be approved in favor of Housing & Works.

The committee will also discuss the provision of a Supplementary Grant of Rs842mn during FY23.

Rupee Cover Budget against the $1mn committed by SAARC Development Fund will also be reviewed. 

The meeting will be chaired by the Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Ishaq Dar.
