ECC approves Bonded Bulk Storage for petroleum products

June 28, 2023 (MLN): The Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) considered, discussed, and approved a summary of Petroleum Division regarding policy guidelines for import on foreign supplier’s account through customs bonded Storage facilities, said a press release issued yesterday.

Federal minster for Finance Ishaq Dar tweeted today, "Another Government’s commitment fulfilled with people of Pakistan that was made through Budget FY24 speech of June 09, 2023 in National Assembly of Pakistan."

The ECC approved technical supplementary grant of Rs200 million in favor of the Department of the Auditor General of Pakistan (DAGP) to meet employee related expenses.

The ECC reconsidered a summary of the Ministry of Interior and approved a technical supplementary grant of Rs3.814 billion i.e. Rs2.99bn for FC KP(North) and Rs824.58m for FC KP(South) for ration bills.

Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar chaired the meeting of the ECC of the Cabinet, yesterday.

Federal Minister for Commerce Syed Naveed Qamar, Minister of State for Petroleum Mr. Musadik Masood Malik, SAPM on Finance Mr. Tariq Bajwa, Coordinator to the PM on Economy Mr. Bilal Azhar Kayani, Federal Secretaries, and other senior officers attended the meeting.
