DGKC completes installation of 10 MW WHRPP with ACC technology

January 08, 2020 (MLN): D. G. Khan Cement Company Limited (DGKC), at its site in Hub, Distt. Lasbela has completed installation and commissioning of the first phase of captive power plants, 10MW Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant (WHRPP) with Air Cooled Condenser (ACC) technology that has successfully started power generation.

According to the notice issued to PSX, the adoption of WHRPP technology coupled with the ACC system is matching well with the vision and approach of the Company to curtail water usage in an environment-friendly manner.
