DFML signs TLA agreement with KIA for manufacturing of vehicles: Company clarifies

November 8, 2022 (MLN): Deewan Farooq Motors (PSX: DFML) has entered into Technology License Agreement (TLA) with KIA Corporation (Commercial), the Republic of Korea for the assembly/manufacturing of vehicles, the company filing on PSX showed today.

Earlier KIA Corporation entered into an agreement with Lucky Cement Limited through KIA Lucky Motors for engagement in the business of assembling, marketing, distribution, and sales of Kia vehicles, parts, and accessories in Pakistan by virtue of technical collaboration.

At the time of writing, the scrip of the company is being traded at Rs11.45, up by Rs0.04 or 0.35% DoD.
