July 25, 2022 (MLN): The Board of Directors (BoD) of Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited (PSX: DAWH) has approved the investment of Rs375 million in the proposed Right Issue of Empiric AI (Private) comprising 37.5mn shares of Rs10 per share, the company filing on PSX showed today.

Empiric AI is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Dawood Hercules.

At the time of writing, the scrip of DAWH stood at Rs94.08, up by 8 paisa or 0.09% DoD.
