DATM sets to dissolve under Court Order

May 29, 2023 (MLN): Data textiles limited (DATM) will be dissolved on the listing date of LSE ventures limited (LSEVL) or LSE Proptech limited (LSEPL), whichever is later, under the Order of the Honorable Lahore High Court, Lahore without winding up, the company’s filing on PSX disclosed.
This aforesaid development will execute upon the completion of merger/ amalgamation through the approved Scheme and after the issuance of shares of LSEPL and LSEVL to the registered members of DATM.
