Crescent Star Foods to merge with PICIC Insurance

April 04, 2025 (MLN): Crescent Star Foods (Pvt.) Limited (CSF) is set to merge with PICIC Insurance Limited (PSX: PIL).
The petition for approval of the Scheme of Arrangement was filed in 2017 before the Sindh High Court, where it is still pending approval.
Following the company's submission of a modified scheme, the court has directed that the modified scheme be approved by the shareholders.
The company will resume operations once the Scheme of Arrangement is approved.
