Cosco to start a container shipping line at Gwadar from 5th March onwards

According to information received by MG Link News, Cosco Saeed Shipping has announced that it is to start a container shipping line at Gwadar port.

Businessman looking to trade around the globe will have a significant opportunity to import or export sea food from Gwadar to any destination around the world.

Only recently, Cosco Saeed Pakistan Head was shot dead in what police said appeared to be a targeted attack.

Chen Zhu, 45 and Managing Director of Cosco Saeed Karachi Shipping Pvt. Ltd, was shot in the head when unknown gunman opened fire on his car, while he was accompanies by another Chinese national. At least 10 shots were fired at the car.

“The incident appears to be targeted attack, (it) doesn’t look like a mugging,” commented Mr. Azad Khan, Deputy Inspector General of Karachi’s South Zone.

Some state minsters also warned that India might be behind the nefarious attack.
