In a release issued by Ismail Iqbal Securities (Manager to the Offer), it has informed all the relevant stakeholders that, due to unsuccessful negotiations between Metro Securities (Acquirer) and Linde Pakistan the acquirer will not be acquiring substantial voting shares of Linde Pakistan.

Metro Securities in February 2017, informed of its willingness to acquire 60% share of Linde Pakistan (BOC Group) announced in Business Recorder and Nawa-i-Waqt.
