Cordoba Logistics to invest Rs30mn in Berlitz Pakistan

July 28, 222 (MLN): The board of directors of Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited (PSX: CLVL) on Thursday approved the investment of Rs30 million in Berlitz Pakistan by purchasing its 30% ordinary shares, the company filing on PSX showed today.
Berlitz Pakistan is a franchise of Berlitz which is a USA based short-term language, skills, and corporate teaching-based institute.
