CDNS suspend six officials involved in loss to Public exchequer

ISLAMABAD, Nov 5: Central Directorate of National Savings (CDNS) has suspended its six officers and officials involved in loss to Public exchequer, on the account of fraudulent activities.

Consequent upon investigation report submitted by investigation committee dated October 10, 2018 regarding misplacement of record of National Saving Centre , DHA ,Lahore, said a statement issued by Ministry of Finance here on Monday.

Officer and Official including Arshad Hussain, NSO (Officer Incharge ), Miss Samreen Rehman , NSO  (Officer Incharge ), Mr Sajid Masood , JNSO ( Cashier), Fahad Hussan , JNSO ,(Cashier), Sajid Mehmood, JNSO (Counter Clerk ) Mrs. Seemal Shahid , JNSO  (Counter Clerk ) were suspended after investigation committee report.

These officials  loss to Public  exchequer ,on the account of  fraudulent activities in Regional  Directorate of National Savings (RDNS) , Lahore, Who are directly or indirectly involved in the said scam are here by  placed under article 194 of  Civil Service Regulations, with immediate effect.

However, they will be entitled the subsistence allowance under FR-53.
