January 08, 2023 (MLN): The Board of Directors (BoD) of BRR Guardian Limited (BRRG) has approved to participate in the bid for acquiring the 100% shares of Awwal Modaraba Management Limited, a notice issued by the company on the PSX showed today.

This company is the manager of Prudential Modaraba and is currently owned by Pakbrunei Investment Company.

Accordingly, BRRG has submitted its bid.

BRRG is a real estate development and marketing company.
