Book building of Coeus Solutions Limited to start from April 28

April 25, 2022 (MLN): Coeus Solutions Limited has revised the book building dates for the GEM Listing as per which the book building will start on April 28 and ends on May 2, 2022, the Issuer and the Advisor, KTrade Securities Limited to the Issue informed PSX on Monday.

Meanwhile, the registration will start on May 6, 2022, and the bidding will be held on May 9 and May 10, 2022.

To recall, due to the volatile market situation caused by global oil prices, the Issuer and the Advisor to the Issue on March 7, 2022, had decided to postpone the book building.

The company has some very exciting business developments coming up and the advisor intends to update the bourse about them in the coming weeks as they plan a new date to list on the GEM board.

To note, Coeus Solutions Limited has planned to sell 5 million shares or 16.7 percent of the company on the Pakistan Stock Exchange’s Growth Enterprise Market Board.
