Board of Merit Packaging discusses third-party interest

February 28, 2025 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Merit Packaging Limited (PSX: MERIT) discussed an expression of interest received from a third party for a flexible unit in a meeting held at the company’s Registered Office.

The Board has reviewed the Expression of Interest and directed a feasibility analysis to be conducted, according to the company's statement issued today.

The company has assured that all stakeholders will be kept informed of further developments.
