Bela Automotives confirms PAI submission for 50% stake acquisition

March 19, 2025 (MLN): Bela Automotives Limited (PSX: BELA) has confirmed the submission of a Public Announcement of Intention (PAI) by an acquirer seeking to acquire 2.9 million ordinary shares of the company, representing a 50.02% stake.

The announcement was made through Adam Securities Limited, the Manager to the Offer, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

With a total paid-up capital of 5.8m shares and control of BELA.
