Bawany Air Products gets SECP consent for capital increase to Rs11bn

May 14, 2025 (MLN): Bawany Air Products Limited (PSX: BAPL) has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for an increase in authorized capital from Rs150 million to Rs11 billion.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

The company has also filed Form 7 and paid the relevant fee of Rs43.86m.

BAPL is a public limited Company incorporated in Pakistan on August 16, 1978 and was registered under the Companies Act 1913, now the Companies Act, 2017.

The principal activities of the Company are production and trading of oxygen gas, dissolved acetylene and nitrogen gas.
