Bank of Khyber announces 5% bonus shares

March 04, 2022 (MLN): The board of directors of the Bank of Khyber in its 170th meeting held on March 04, 2022, has recommended the issuance of bonus shares for the year 2021 in the proportion of 05 ordinary shares for every 100 ordinary shares i.e., @ 5% to the shareholders of the bank, the company’s filing on PSX showed today.

The above entitlement will be paid to the shareholders whose names will appear in the Register of Members on March 22, 2022.

The share transfer books the bank will be closed from March 23, 2022, to March 29, 2022 (both days inclusive).
