Avanceon Ltd to work with GIGA Group, Attock Petroleum, MARI and SHELL on various projects

March 12, 2019 (MLN): Avanceon Limited has entered into an agreement/contract with Mazyood Giga DHA Lahore Emerald Limited for implementation of Building Managements System (BMS) and Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) including Engineering, Supplies and Services (including GST) at Gold Crest Mall DHA.

As per a notification issued to the PSX, Gold Crest Mall will mark the first project for Avanceon’s BT (Building Technologies) division. Launched in 2018, Avanceon BT Division currently has an impressive pipeline of projects throughout Pakistan.

The company has also entered into an agreement with Attock Petroleum Limited for the execution of electrical works at Daulatpur Terminal. The scope of this agreement shall include supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical works including Main LV/MCC Panel, HV Panel (VCB), Power Cables and Cable System.

The notification further reported that the company has entered into a contract with Mari Petroleum Company Limited for the provision of engineering, procurement, supply and commissioning of SCADA and Telemetry System (on turnkey basis) for TIPU wells at Daharki Fields.

Lastly, an agreement was also signed with Shell Pakistan Limited for the upgradation of Shell DP and NDP terminal in Kemari with new state of the art LT Panels with complete supply, installation, testing and commissioning services. Furthermore, both the companies signed a second agreement for the supply of automation equipment for MA Jinnah fuel station, Race Course fuel station and Noor M9 fuel station.

These agreements will have a positive impact on the Group financials, and will improve Avanceon Limited’s existing opportunity pipeline and help seek out new opportunities.

The Avanceon BT division partners with Siemens Building Technologies on all of its projects. With a joint Building Strategy with Siemens, Avanceon BT is expecting exponential growth in metropolitan cities in Pakistan over the next two years.
