Attock Cement’s newly constructed plant of Iraq project starts trial production

April 16, 2019 (MLN): Attock Cement Pakistan Limited has announced that the trial production from the newly constructed plant of Iraq Project has commenced with effect from April 15, 2019.

The company had earlier informed that the entire civil, mechanical and electrical jobs on Iraq Project had been completed and Cement grinding unit was at commissioning stage. Moreover, the Company was in the process of obtaining permission for the import of clinker.

“As soon as the permission is granted, the company would start the process of import of clinker and thereafter start the trial production” a notice issued by the Company on January 21, 2019 said.
