AssetPlex Limited renamed to LSE Capital Limited

June 01, 2023 (MLN): The name of AssetPlex Limited has been changed to LSE Capital Limited, the company’s filing on PSX showed today.

The certificate of incorporation on change of name has been approved by the Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) dated May 29, 2023.

This change is subject to the condition that for a period of 90 days from the date of issue of this certificate, the company shall continue to mention its former name along with its new name on the outside of every office or place in which its business is carried on and in every document or notice.

AssetPlex Limited is a licensed financial intermediary of Pakistan governed under Modaraba Companies and Modaraba (flotation and control ordinance) ordinance with the objective to promote Shariah confirming asset management companies and investment schemes.

AssetPlex Limited is a Management Company of Modaraba Al Mali.
