Asian stocks rally at open

Hong Kong, April 8: Asian stocks kicked off Monday with gains as investors returned from a long weekend to a strong US jobs report that soothed concerns about the world's biggest economy.
The Hang Seng Index was up 0.78 percent, or 232.31 points, to 30,168.63.
The Shanghai Composite Index gained 0.94 percent or 30.46 points to 3,277.03, while the Shenzhen Composite Index was up 1.04 percent, or 18.60 points, at 1,798.61.
The benchmark Nikkei 225 index was up 0.35 percent or 76.23 points at 21,883.73 in early trade, while the broader Topix index was up 0.11 percent or 1.79 points at 1,627.54.
