Alpha Beta Core extends timeline for making PAI to acquire 51% control of Tri-Star Power Limited

September 21, 2023 (MLN): Alpha Beta Core Solutions Private Limited, the manager to the Offer, on Thursday, extended the initial time period for making the Public Announcement of the Offer by 90 days on behalf of Mr Aykut Çalikusu to acquire more than 51% shares and control of Tri-Star Power Limited.

This is with reference to the publication of the Public Announcement of Intention to acquire more than 51% shares and control of Tri-Star Power Limited (“Target Company”) by Mr Aykut Çalikusu (“Acquirer”) made on March 13, 2023.

It is important to note that due diligence is currently under process.
