Airlink IPO: GP portion oversubscribed by 3.35mn shares

September 10, 2021 (MLN): JS Global Capital Limited (JSCL) has informed through a notice to PSX that the General Public (GP) portion under Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Airlink Communication Limited has been oversubscribed by 3,356,300 shares amounting to Rs 239,975,450 subject to the scrutiny.
The Public Subscription of the shares of the Company was held on 6-7 September 2021.
As per the notice, the applications for a total of 25,856,300 ordinary shares against issue size of 22,500,000 ordinary shares were received.
The applications for up to 2000 ordinary shares will be allotted in full, while the applications for over 2000 ordinary shares will be allotted on pro rata Oasis, which will be communicated subsequently, the notification added.
