CLOV sets April 18 book closure for 10 to 1 stock split

April 6, 2026 (MLN): The face value of Clover Pakistan Limited (PSX:CLOV) shares will be reduced from Rs10 to Rs1, increasing the total number of shares from 38,928,824 to 389,288,240, while the paid-up capital of the company remains unchanged.

Trading in CLOV shares will shift to a T+0 (same-day settlement) basis for a single trading day of BC-1, Friday, April 17, 2026.

Normal T+1 settlement will resume from Monday, April 20, 2026, the first working day after Book Closure.

The opening price of CLOV on April 20, 2026 will be set at one-tenth of the closing price recorded on April 17, 2026, in line with the adjusted face value. The change was notified through the PSX website via a letter dated April 03, 2026.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
