AICL decides to make equity investment in Pakgen Power

October 27, 2022 (MLN): The Board of Directors (BoD) of Adamjee Life Insurance (PSX: AICL) in its meeting held on Thursday decided to make an equity investment worth Rs250 million in Pakgen Power Limited, the company filing on PSX showed today.

The aforesaid investment will be made by purchasing shares at market price but not more than Rs35 per share.
