AGL Board endorses director elections for April 2025

March 17, 2025 (MLN): The Board of Directors of the Agritech Limited (PSX: AGL) deliberated on the matter and approved the holding of a fresh election of directors in compliance with applicable law at the upcoming annual general meeting on April 21, 2025.

Additionally, the Board fixed the number of directors to be elected at nine for a three-year term, commencing from April 21, 2025.

The meeting was held on Monday, March 17, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at the Company's registered office (Askari Corporate Tower, 4th Floor, 75-76 Block D-1, Main Boulevard, Gulberg-III, Lahore) and via video link, the notification issued to the local bourse.

This decision follows the Company's previous disclosure dated March 10, 2025, regarding a requisition notice received from a member under Section 162 of the Companies Act, 2017, requesting a fresh election of directors.
