According to reliable sources, Abid Sattar is likely to be appointed CEO of Askari Bank.

Mr. Abid Sattar served as Divisional Head of International Banking Asia and Africa at Habib Bank Limited until 2018.

He has a vast experience spanning over 30 years with various financial organizations including ANZ Grindlays and Chase Manhattan Bank. He holds an MBA Finance from University of Punjab, Lahore and M.Phil from Cambridge University in Developmental Economics.
