Zahur Cotton Mills renamed to Itanz Technologies Limited

July 21,2025 (MLN): Zahur Cotton Mills Limited (PSX: ZHCM) has officially changed its name to Itanz Technologies Limited, according to a notification by the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL).

In line with the company’s request, NCCPL has also assigned a new security symbol: ITANZ.

The updated security name and symbol will be effective from Monday, July 28, 2025, according to the notification issued by PSX.

ZHCM was incorporated in Pakistan on April 21, 1990 as a public limited Company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984.

The principal activity of the Company is manufacturing and selling of grey fabric which continued to remain suspended during the Year.
