Trust Securities to subdivide shares, launch data centre subsidiary

November 17, 2025 (MLN): Trust Securities & Brokerage Limited (PSX: TSBL) will subdivide its shares from Rs. 10 each to Rs1 per share in a 1:10 ratio, following a Board recommendation made in the meeting held on November 17, 2025.

Upon approval in the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM), the company’s total shares will increase from 30 million to 300 million, allowing shareholders to receive 10 shares for every 1 share held.

The move is aimed at enhancing shareholder value and broadening investor participation.

In a strategic push towards digital expansion, the Board has also approved the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary focused on operating a full-scale data centre and data warehouse business.

The new subsidiary will offer integrated solutions combining physical data center infrastructure with advanced data warehouse capabilities, supporting analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.

The company emphasized that both initiatives are designed to strengthen operational capacity, improve accessibility for investors, and deliver long-term value.

The Pakistan Stock Exchange has been requested to notify all concerned parties.
