TRIPF commissions new tape machine with 5,000-tonne annual capacity

August 19, 2026 (MLN): Tri-Pack Films Limited (PSX: TRIPF) has successfully commissioned its new tape machine, with the facility now operational as of August 2026 and carrying an annual production capacity of 5,000 tonnes.

In a notice to the bourse under Section 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015, the Company stated that the new machine is expected to strengthen its market position and support its entry into new customer segments in both local and international markets.

The information was disseminated through a notification to the Exchange.

In parallel, Tri-Pack Films Limited staged a powerful financial turnaround for the half-year ended June 30, 2026 (1HCY26), reporting a net profit of Rs361.63m.

This represents a complete recovery from the net loss of Rs468.20m recorded in the corresponding period last year.
