TRG Pakistan terms Civil Court Order flawed

December 09, 2025 (MLN): TRG Pakistan Limited (PSX: TRG) termed the order passed by the VIth Senior Civil Judge Karachi (South) in its civil suit against Jahangir Siddiqui & Co. Ltd and others as flawed.

The suit, originally filed as Civil Suit No. 1589 of 2022 in the High Court of Sindh, was later transferred to the Civil Judge’s court as Civil Suit No. 1696 of 2025, according to the Company's filing on PSX.

On December 2, 2025, the court rejected the plaintiff's claim under Order VII Rule 11.

TRG Pakistan is evaluating possible legal remedies in response to the court’s decision.
