Shahbaz Yasin Malik acquires over 10% stake in TOMCL

August 29, 2025 (MLN): In a notable development on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, Mr. Shahbaz Yasin Malik has acquired 1.675 million ordinary shares of The Organic Meat Company Limited (TOMCL), according to the Company's filing on PSX issued today.

The transaction, executed on August 27 for Rs 44.76 per share, increases the collective shareholding of Mr. Malik and Mr. Shahid Malik, deemed to be acting in concert, to 17.88 million shares.

This represents 10.02% of TOMCL’s total issued shares, crossing the regulatory threshold that mandates public disclosure under PSX Regulation 5.6.5 and Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015.

Before this acquisition, the duo held 16.21 million shares.
