SLCL works towards revival as creditor talks near completion

October 07, 2026 (MLN): Security Leasing Corporation Limited
(PSX:SLCL) has settled dues with some of
its creditors and is in negotiations with the rest, many of which are close to
completion, as it works to resolve its outstanding matters and revive the
company.
In a letter to the Pakistan Stock
Exchange (PSX) in response to PSX Letter No. PSX/Gen 1182 dated October 6,
2026, the company said it is continuing efforts to clear the money it owes to
creditors.
The company said one of its debtors is
expected to pay it a large amount over the next few days. The funds will help
it meet its dues and carry forward its revival efforts.
Management is regularly following up
on the remaining settlements and recoveries, and the outcome will be reflected
in the company's next annual financial statements.
The company said it will keep the
exchange informed of any important development.
The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to
Exchange.
