July 22, 2026 (MLN): Security Leasing Corporation Ltd (PSX:SLCL) has made further headway in its restructuring and revival plan, settling with several creditors while negotiations with others near completion.

The company said discussions with its remaining creditors are progressing well and are expected to conclude successfully in the coming months.

The company noted that some creditor settlements are now in their final stage.

It added that the financial impact of these settlements, along with the broader restructuring process, will be reflected in its forthcoming annual financial statements.

The company attributed these positive developments to the continuous efforts of its management and the support extended by the Pakistan Stock Exchange, expressing appreciation for the cooperation and understanding shown throughout the process.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
